This form of coaching is for those who battle any addiction or are in recovery from the abuse of alcohol, drugs, co-dependency or show other addictive behaviours. 

Our Recovery Coach works with people who have active addictions and those already in recovery. 

In the one-on-one sessions, we help our clients to make decisions with keeping in mind that recovery must play a part in it. 

This is strength-based support coaching. Helping clients to find resources to reduce the harm the addictive behaviour can cause, to educate and create a change in their own lives. 

Our coach can help to find also a way to detox, a treatment facility, family support, local online support groups, and much more. Although Recovery coaching is action-oriented with the goal of improving present lifestyles and reaching future goals, the Recovery Coach does not offer primary addiction treatment, does not diagnose, nor is he/she associated with any particular method or means of recovery. 

Contrary to most therapy, coaches do not address the past and are non-clinical; they also do not diagnose or treat addiction or any mental health issues. 

This coaching focuses on improving the client's life and learning to stay abstinent. 

Our Recovery Coach is not only a certified coach but also brings expertise and experience in this field. This is a one-on-one session in privacy and with total confidentiality.
