Our Reiki Courses are all approved and accredited by the Complementary Therapists Accredited Association UK. This also entitles our students to become a member of CTAA
At Relaxation & Stress Mastery we believe that the right training is the best training. Our standards are based on the Code of Ethics and Code of Practice of BRA. Relaxation & Stress Mastery offers an intensive training for Level 1& 2. We teach those two levels in a package, which takes about 8 weeks followed by a one year membership with BRA, the Barbados Reiki Association to train with masters and practitioners once per month. This is also mandatory to become a Master & Teacher.

Our combination of both levels takes about 8 weeks and consists of 2 days = Level 1, followed by 6 weekly training sessions and 1 day = Level 2 followed by one year of practice once per month.
$875 - including attunement, manual, certificates, and a 1-year membership of the Barbados Reiki Association (BRA)

Every crystal workshop has a surprise
Learning the benefits of crystals, learning about the most important crystals and their frequencies, how to choose your crystals, how to buy and what to watch out for. How to make sure you buy a real semi prescious stone and not a fake. How to cleanse and care for your crystals. This workshop opens up a new world on how you look at crystals and semi-precious stones. They are not just nice to look at, but they do help in many ways.
In this workshop we will be cracking open a small geode and explore what we find.

It's all about the experience
A minimum of 6 participants is needed to teach this class.
In this class, you will learn to relax completely, visualize, affirmations, breathing techniques and gentle self-hypnosis, preparing you for your big day. Although the birth-giving labour is not our primary focus, our teachings are mainly to prepare the expecting mother for the most possible relaxed and natural pregnancy with the result of an easy delivery.
The class includes five sessions, plus recorded Hypno-sessions and one pre-recorded session for the day of delivery.
